Es un buen piso, es grande con dos habitaciones, patio que conecta directamente con la piscina comunitaria y entra parking.
Sin duda la casera HORRIBLE!
Nos tuvo 4 meses con el techo abierto cayendo aguas fecales del vecino.
Tiene el piso hecho polvo.
Nos rateó con la fianza una puerta mordida por un perro QUE ERA DE ANTERIORES INQUILINOS.
No registra el contrato donde debe.
Piso muy muy descuidado.
Contrato ilegal con clausulas abusivas.
No merece la pena. Persona cutre y rata.

Que esté por su piso de alquiler el cual está muy estropeado. Que anote todo desperfecto cuando entre alguien porque al no hacerlo lo atribuye a los nuevos inquilinos. Que le haga mantenimiento, el piso está muy estropeado.
