La ubicació.

És un 4t sense ascensor, les habitacions de la plaça són MOLT sorolloses, i una desproporcionadament més gran que l'altra. El lavabó és molt petit i dividit (wc i dutxa en espais separats) en bastant mal estat, tot i aparentment reformat. Vam viure 3 anys sense llum al wc. Moltes humitats i en general el pis fa 'olor' a canonades. Tot bastant vell i mal cuidat.

Que sigui conscient de les condicions en les que té el pis, i en les que està el bloc en general, i que quan es demani alguna millora o sorgeixi algun problema ho arregli el més ràpid possible.

La finca en general està en mal estat, la propietat no es fa càrrec de la neteja de l'escala i per tant sempre està molt bruta.

És una plaça MOLT sorollosa tant de dia com de nit, sobretot als caps de setmana. Dues de les habitacions donen a la plaça així que s'escolta tot, a l'estiu havies d'escollir si passar calor o aguantar el soroll.
