El pis es gran, en una bona zona, i dintre dels preus bojos, està per sota de la mitja.
Cuina massa petita. Distribució d'una segona habitació casi dins del menjador molt rara, no es una habitació.
Les parets son molt fines, es fàcil molestar als veins per poc que facis.
