El tracte i l'actitud amb el propietari. Molt comprensible i preocupant-se perquè estiguéssim a gust. La situació cèntrica. L'ambient de Gràcia. Bones connexions. 
Molta gent. Soroll des del carrer (músics i turistes). Ambient una mica atapeït.

És un edifici molt antic i no tenia moltes de le comoditats com ascensor, traster o parking. Ens deixaven fer servir una habitació petita com a traster comú pels veïns.
