la ubicacion 
Piso es muy viejo, arreglado con material barato que se estropea en seguida. El proprietario ha siempre tardado semanas por llamar un tecnico dejandonos acosar por la vecina de abajo. Fianza no devuelta sin justificacion valida y direccion incorrecta del proprietario puesta en el contrato no nos permite reclamar. Titutularidad de luz cambiada despues de 2 meses de irme

No faltar el respeto a nadie que pide explicaciones de recibos cobrados injustamente

gastar el dinero para el piso y no buscar el presupuesto mas bajo, que trae mala calidad y desgaste rapido. Que ponga limites a la vecina de abajo, que por su lentidud en responder a problemas de humedades llega a acosar los inquilinos
