Pis vell però lluminós, zona sorollosa.

La cuina és àmplia i totes les finestres donen a exterior, té molta llum natural. 
Pis molt vell i mobles també, molt difícil de fer net. Una cara dona al pati d’una escoleta (soroll tot el dia) i l’altra a un carrer (poc transitat). Les parets són molt fines i el bany és diminut. Propietaris amb 0 compromís per la comoditat del llogater i poca comprensió. No recomano per estudiants ja que està lluny de tot i al barri no hi ha molt a fer.

No hi ha molt de soroll però perquè eren tot edificis residencials, amb alguns supermercats als carrers principals però poca cosa més. 0 vida nocturna, pot ser tant positiu com negatiu. Sensació de no viure a Barcelona, d’estar molt allunyat de tot.
