Esta totalmente reformado y por dentro es muy acogedor

El piso viene con un deshumificador porque al ser un bajo hay mucha humedad. Casi no funciona. La ropa tardava en secarse 1 semana i olia mal. Ademas te pintan que no consume y pagavamos mucho de luz. Humedades en el baño. Cucarachas. Si no se hace tratamiento convives con ellas. (El tratamiento te lo pagava el propietario) En verano no hemos llegado a despertar con cucarachas dentro de la cama.

Venden una vivienda que tiene muchos problemas: -Humedades (insalubre) -cucarachas -Mucho gasto de subministros

El humificador que entra en el contrato se pone porque sino la casa seria inhabitable por lo tanto tiene un problema estructural de base asi que el coste de mantenimiento i el coste de consumo del humificador tendria que is a cargo del propietario.

En el paseo hay un protibulo donde los clientes a veces se equivocan y pican a tu puerta a altas horas de la madrugada. Todo el paseo esta infestado de cucarachas y ratones. El piso tiene agujeros que teniamos que tapar con papel de aluminio porque se colaban por alli. El administrador nos soluciono temporalmente el tema de las cucarachas pero en verano volveran.
