Many issues with the previous real estate. Rental contracts not legally renewed, huge increases, delays in repairing all the issues in the building. Turned out the landlord is a company and is also an issue itself; like not wanting to repair the only elevator broken 8 months ago. The upstairs neighbors are so noisy too that I had to leave because I was literally living on their schedule...
