Best hood in town at the worst conditions
Very good hood.
No building or flats maintenance. Poor conditions for very high prices. The real estate are the worst and the owner owns more than 40 buildings in the city. We pay for everything that should be on charge of the owner. If something breaks you have to pay although it’s due to the poor conditions of the building. No communication at all.
