Es tranquilo. Excepto por el ruido de cole y la vecina del bajo que se queja si cocinas a partir de las 9 de la noche o le cae algo en el patio .

Hay que ser más simpático y menos avaricioso con el inquilino. Cuando surge alguna incidencia no se le puede dejar la responsabilidad al inquilino. Mala fama en la finca
