M’agradava molt aquest pis perquè al ser un edifici històric tenia un encant especial, la ubicació era molt bona i el barri amb bon ambient .
No hi havia ascensor i era un quart pis real, L’Escala estava amb molt mal estat i la distribució del pis era molt especial, no tenia gaire sentit .
