Sovint trobavem paneroles (cucarachas) al ser un baix, i a cuina i habitacions hi arriba molt poca llum

Bon tracte i preu més o menys correcte (dins del contexte actual). Senyalar que ens van demanar una fiança desorbitada, justificant que era la manera més eficaç de filtrar possible gent problemàtica. Ho puc entendre i per sort tenia els mitjans per acceptar-ho, però és molt injust i totalment ilegal. Cap problema per recuperar la fiança
