Millorable
Al 2020 estava acabat de reformar, cuina y banys nous. Són 4 habitacions dobles exteriors. Habitacions amb parquet. 
Hi ha goteres; no arreglen els porticons de les finestres, que cauen a trossos; hi ha moltes paneroles; hi ha tants coloms que no es pot sortir als balcons, i és impossible mantenir-los nets d'excrements més de 2 dies. Està en ple carrer de Sants i les finestres no són insonoritzades, i a més entra molta brutícia pel trànsit.
