Luz natural en todas las estancias, parquet bien cuidado, cocina bien equipada, amplia terraza, piso muy bien aprovechado y distribuido, armarios empotrados y pequeña habitación -vestidor, bañera, split con aire frío y caliente. Realmente es un muy buen piso, hemos sido muy felices en él durante 4 años.
Un único ascensor para muchos vecinos; a pesar de la tranquilidad, al estar cerca de la Ronda General Mitre, no se consigue al 100% la sensación de "tranquilidad" que podría dar un ático en una 7a planta; lavadora en el exterior (terraza).
