Nada, la propiedad ha ido a peor. Cada vez más turistas que viene y van.

El aislamiento térmico. Mobiliario de la cocina y el baño antiguo y malo. El suelo estalla por el calor. Las tuberías hacen ruido. La caldera es antigua gotea sobre los enchufes y le da igual a la propiedad

Ser honesto. Cumplir con la legalidad: 1- No hacer subidas fuera del cumplimiento de cada anualidad. 2- hacer subidas retroactivas en el tiempo (avisar de que suben el alquiler y que la subida es desde hace dos meses) 3- devolver la fianza cuando toca. 4- cumplir la LAU

Las cerraduras de todo el edificio son vulnerables al método de bumping, entran a robar como si nada. La propiedad lo sabe y no las cambia. Como lo sufre el inquilino les da igual.
