Bona, tot i que el preu va anar pujant amb força cada any.
Bona, tot i que el preu va anar pujant amb força cada any.
És un pis gran, amb sala d'estar, cuina gran i nova, tres habitacions i un vestidor. Està molt ben ubicat, tocant al metro Verdaguer, entre Gràcia i Sagrada Família.
Únicament la sala d'estar i una de les habitacions té llum natural (al pati d'interior d'illa), la resta tenen finestra a un pati de llums. El preu va anar pujant amb força cada any.
