Es tractava d'un pis de nova construcció i ideal per a parella jove. 
Al juny del 2012, vàrem rebre un notificació judicial dient que a aprtir d'aquell moment el pagament del lloguer s'havia de fer al jutjat ja que el propietari estava embargat per manca de pagament de les despeses de la comunitat. Vam decidir marxar del pis per estalviar-nos problemes.
