El propietario, y los vecinos de arriba.
Su estado, y el resto de vecinos que no mantenían la limpieza de las zonas comunes, y hacían fiestas a menudo hasta altas horas de la noche.

El piso tiene humedades en toda la parte de la fachada, algunos enchufes e interruptores no funcionan, la ventana del baño filtra toda el agua de la ducha al patio interior y la cocina tiene los muebles en mal estado. Hay que tener mucho cuidado con los desagües de la lavadora y el lavaplatos porque se embozan con facilidad, y el parquet está mal instalado.
