MARGARIT & PUJADES, empresa opaca, no tienen teléfono y la dirección es un piso franco en Figueres, gran tenedor 24 pisos, suben el alquiler al libre albedrío sabiendo que es ilegal, te monitorean con la cámara para ver con quien entras y con quién sales, 2 vecinos afectados por la subida de alquiler, más de la mitad descontentos por la gestión, no hacen ninguna reparación. Contratos de 11 meses.
