Amplio y luminoso pero mal conservado
El piso era de 3 habitaciones, y ahora tiene 2, por lo que es bastante amplio y tiene una terraza muy bonita y luminosa.
La vivienda está en muy mal estado. Cañerias, red eléctrica, puertas, ventanas… no tiene aislamiento ninguno (entra aire por los enchufes en invierno).
