Tiene mucha luz natural y es pequeño pero funcional

Que no tiene ascensor (es un 4°,5° real) Muy caluroso en verano y sin aire acondicionado. La calle está cerca de bares y a veces hay bastante ruido

Ser más efectivos cuando hay problemas en la vivienda graves, como que salga agua del calentador eléctrico..Nunca han dado soluciones rápidas

El piso es pequeño pero al ser cuadrado, es bastante funcional. Para 1 persona o pareja ( aunque justito..) en verano hace mucha calor porque arriba está el terrado comunitario. Me lo entregaron recién pintado y con el baño y cocina reformados. Ojo que la propiedad es la misma innmobiliaria
