Pis bàsic: l'habitació gran bé, una bona cuina i la resta justeta
L'estat del pis quan hi vam entrar era molt bo, hi havia part del mobiliari nou i el que no ho era estava en bon estat. La cuina és prou gran. L'escala (dreta) és tranquil·la i el barri també.
A part de l'habitació gran doble, les altres habitacions són interiors, molt petites, no hi cap un llit doble i no s'hi pot fer gairebé res més que dormir. No hi ha gaire llum al pis.
