Piso pequeño, antiguo, tranquilo y bien ubicado. Casero amable!
Las vistas a Barcelona y la luminosidad del comedor. Es un piso pequeño pero ideal para dos personas, máximo tres. Los únicos ruidos que se escuchan son de los vecinos, pues está mal aislado, pero de la calle no se escucha nada porque da al interior de manzana. 
El estado del piso, es antiguo y necesita renovación. En invierno se cuela el frío por las ventanas. A menudo se cuelan los olores de cocinar de los distintos vecinos.
