L'espai, la llum, la calefacció, els balcons a cada habitació i la possibilitat d'estendre al terrat.
Negative comment
Les finestres, son de fusta i no estan en bon estat pel que entra fred i soroll. A més tenen vindre senzill i la zona es molt sorollosa.

What advice would you give to the landlord?

Arregli les finestres/portes dels balcons si us plau, que son de fusta i amb la humitat i les "reformes" es podia treure la ma per sota quan estaven tancades.

L'ascensor és anitic i fa molt soroll. Es sent constantment des de l'habitació petita perquè dona directament al replà. És un pis molt sorollós perquè no està ben aïllat i dona a paral·lel amb manso (on les ambulàncies del CUAP de manso posen la sirena per girar cap a paral·lel).
