Un pis privilegiat amb carències de manteniment
Un pis molt gran , amb habitacions espaioses, de les quals tres tenen donen a exterior i dues a interior. Té dos lavabos i un rebost molt gran. El millor, és, se'ns dubte, la gran terrassa d'interior d'illa. 
Un pis d'origen al qual se li han fet poques tasques de manteniment. La cuina no està en molt bones condicions i la sala d'estar és més aviat petita. Les habitacions que donen al Carrer de Muntaner són, evidentment, sorolloses.
