Zona tranquil•la i pis amb bona llum
Mal estat del pis, li cal una reforma. La cuina no es més que un armari d’ikea amb fogons i una pica instal•lat de qualsevol manera (no compleix les necessitats minimes d’una cuina). Constants problemes de plagues de panerol•les al pis durant els mesos d’estiu.
