No us retornaran la fiança encara que el pis estigui perfecte.

No té cedula d’habilitat, les veines de sota eren prost***es tot el sant dia amb la música i tota la nit també, sense contar que el del pis del costat es passava tot el dia cantant a viva veu. Si deixes el pis perfecte encara que hagis pagat 1400€ de fiança no us ho retornaran ja que treuran una factura de ves a saber qui ensenyant que has de pagar TU tot els canvis i reformes que volen fer.

Es queden amb la versió del propietari sent inutil la teva paraula per a dir res.

Vaig donar una fiança de 1400€ en la qual no em van retornar RES, ja que em van enviar una factura de ves a saber qui dient que tenia que pagar-li jo el canvi de tot el terra i pagar per a que pintesin ells totes les parets, tenint en compte que les parets estaven perfectes. Una Vergonya.
