Pis en una molt bona ubicació i reformat, però petit i amb poca il·luminació
Ubicat molt a prop de Gràcia però en una zona tranquil·la, està molt bé per a estudiants i dona directament al carrer pel que entra aire fresc i llum natural, sobretot al menjador i 1 habitació
La cuina i dues habitacions donen a un pati interior i no entra ni llum natural ni aire, la cuina és vella. Al davant té una escola i s'escolta l'entrada dels infants.
