El precio tenía un piso más que correcto por la calidad del mismo. En dos años, la agencia no me subió el alquiler (ni siquiera por el IBI) y siempre accedían a solucionar los problemas que pudiera haber (aunque tenías que perseguirles un poco).
Es un piso viejo, construido en la década de los 60-70, las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo.
