La immobiliària cap problema. Va ensenyar el pis ràpid i el tracte va ser correcte.

Era la Fundació privada de l'Hospital de St Pau. Es preocupava poc per l'estat del pis (són propietaris de tot l'edifici i un munt més a la ciutat) i la comunicació era poc fluïda.

El pis era fred, sense calefacció i mal aïllat. Era petit (59m²) i amb una distribució força dolenta. El wc i la cuina estaven reformats, perquè el bloc és de la dècada de 1920, però la rajola necessitava una actualització i les parets un sanejament per humitat.
