El piso estaba acabado de reformar. Puertas nuevas, ventanas de PVC nuevas. Cocina a gas nueva, caldera nueva. El baño, pequeño pero funcional. Vistas a la montaña desde la terraza, que da a un patio de isla muy tranquilo.
Está encarado hacia el norte, lo que significa que en invierno no entra luz y hace algo de frío, pero como que está bien aislado, con una estufa se caldea rápidamente.
