Petit, agradable però fred.

Està ben ammoblat i és molt bon lloc per viure-hi temporalment com a parella o estudiant. 
És un xamfrà a nord: això vol dir 0 sol a l'hivern i només al balcó a l'estiu. És un pis fred i hi havia humitats al lavabo que quan ens queixàvem simplement es pintaven de nou. La finestra de l'habitació dona al forat de l'ascensor, és a dir: soroll i llum 24h. Quan vam marxar van pujar el preu d'una manera desmesurada.

El terrat era públic però ningú l'utilitzava. Només per estendre-hi roba.
