Quan hi vaig ser, estava totalment equipat.
Negative comment
El propietari és l'aspecte més dolent de la meva estada. Va ser una persona molt desagradable, condescendent, incomprensible i implacable en tota la meva estada. Vaig haver de partir del pis perquè no era aguantador. Definitivament, no tornaria per res.

What advice would you give to the landlord?

El contracte és inexistent, segons ell verbal, el que és il·legal. Convendria que no entrés al pis quan volgués. Les exigències a l'hora d'entrar i viure al pis son desorbitades i totalment estúpides (ex: només poden venir 2 visitants per llogatera per mes...). Els preus de les habitacions están infladíssims en comparació a les mesures de cada un. Condescendència innecessària.

L'únic aspecte important sobre el barri, sempre desde la perspectiva de la llogatera, és el soroll constant del carrer. És un primer exterior i les finestres no ajuden a reduir el renou ni una miqueta.
