Buen tamaño de las dos habitaciones que dan a Diagonal y luminosas, con sol. Aire acondicionado. Piso muy grande.
Totalmente oscuro a excepción de las dos habitaciones que dan a Diagonal; baño minúsculo y con problemas de agua que cae del piso superior; cucarachas que salen del patio en cuanto hace un poco de calor; salón sin ventanas; habitaciones interiores dan a un patio minúsculo y no es posible ventilar un mínimo

El piso solía ser ruidoso debido al tráfico de la Diagonal, en espacial las dos habitaciones que dan a la calle (el resto es completamente interior), pero seguro que ha mejorado después de las obras del tram
