El pis era tot exterior, orientacio sud, amb molt de sol. estava renovat, tenia un petit pati que era exterior. Davanr del mercat d’hostafrancs, tenia vida de barri
Sense ascensor. No tenia ni lampares, ni cortines, ni mobles al bany… ho vam posar tot natros i al marxar ens ho vam have d’endur tot perque no ens volien donar res a canvi per deixarlos els mobles. Tot i que les finestres eren noves i aillants. donava a un carrer amb molt trafic i sempre se sentia algo de soroll. Pero compensava que fos exterior
