Pis bonic amb molts "no-t'hi-fixis"

És un pis molt maco (vigues a vista, terra hidràulic, acabats de carpinteria...), amb la dutxa reformada. Les habitacions són de mida acceptable (llit doble, armari i si t'apretes un escriptori). Té molta llum (fins i tot les habitacions interiors) i se li pot treure profit. Està aprop del Mercat de Santa Catalina i és molt accesible amb cotxe i aprop del metro.

No corre gens l'aire i tinc la sospita que hi ha carcoma a dos punts de la casa. La cuina és antiga i poc funcional. Fan pudor les basures del mercat. No està gens aïllat (a l'hivern fa molt fred i a l'estiu molta calor). Els acabats no estan ben fets, casi tots els endolls cauen a terra i moltes reparacions hem hagut de fer nosaltres. A l'estiu has de dormit amb taps pels bars de sota.

El feedback hauria de ser més àgil; és un pis que està molt deixat i hi ha reparacions que vam reclamar quan ens vam mudar i encara no tenim resposta. Ja hem tirat la tovallola.

Inverteix una mica en cuidar-lo; té una base molt bonica i amb algunes petites reparacions (llimar la carpinteria abans de pintar-la, reparar el terra i els endolls de la casa...) milloraria moltíssim.
