al estar arriba de todo y tener encima la azotea está muy expuesto al frío y al calor. No se puede usar la azotea debido al mal uso previo de algunos vecinos y a la decisión de la presidenta

Jaume, continueu tractant be als inquilins tal i com heu fet. Intenteu no pujar massa els preus. Si aconseguiu que es pugui fer servir de nou el terrat serà de molt agraïr

Durante la pandemia hubo problemas con el uso de la azotea y la presidenta de la comunidad prohibió su uso. Dado que casi ningún propietario vive en el edificio lo que decide la presidenta se sigue sin casi nada de debate.
