Piso reformado pero muy caro y mal trato de la inmobiliaria 
Piso reformado pero muy caro y mal trato de la inmobiliaria 
Piso reformado con dos baños -unp muy nuevo- y tres habitaciones.
Frío en invierno por su orientación norte. Dos habitaciones no son muy funcionales (una da a las escaleras y otra es el paso al patio de vecinos). Mala relación con la inmobiliaria y abusos por su parte. El no trato con la propiedad dificulta la gestión de problemas.

Horrible el trato con la inmobiliaria. Muy incompetentes, intentando sacar dinero de cualquier cosa. Evitando asumir sus responsabilidades como gestores. Nos han hecho pagar cosas que no nos correspondía como inquilinos: seguro de hogar, pago de ITP...

No ha habido trato con la propiedad, lo cual dificultaba mucho las gestiones.
