Bien de precio para la ubicación, salon-cocina amplio y agradable.
Muy mal aislado, ventanas muy viejas, edificio y barrio con cucarachas, cocina poco equipada y dormitorio sin luz.

Mejorar las instalaciones y los muebles. En reformas futuras, elegir mejores materiales y mejor ejecutados. Cuando algo se rompe y no se puede reparar, sustituirlo en vez de arreglarlo mal.
