Molt lluminós i tranquil per treballar i viure-hi una temporada llarga.
Tracta ràpid amb els propietaris, molta llum, menjador gran i cuina i lavabo renovats fa pocs anys . A la nit, malgrat està poc aillat, no hi ha molt soroll.
Està poc aillat i això afecta a les temperatures i també al soroll. Malgrat és un 6é, el bus s'escolta amb finestres tancades

Respón ràpid i sempre ens a ajudat. Remarcaria que si han de fer una millora de alguns ervei (rentadora perque s'ha espatllat, canonades, etc), ho fan a càrrec seu però la qualitat es justeta.
