Buen piso para estudiantes
La ubicación: tiene parada de Nitbus en la puerta y muchas paradas de bus en las calles paralelas. También metro cercano y estación de Sants cerca.
Lo mal aislado que está, en verano es insoportable el calor y en invierno hacía más frío que en la calle. Como tiene techos altos la calefacción eléctrica no calentaba el salón. Y es un 5º sin ascensor.

Estaría bien cambiar las ventanas porque entraba frío por ellas e instalar aire acondicionado para verano porque los ventiladores no refrescaban nada.
