Es muy centrico, el trato con el casero es 100% (muy amable, atento y te ayuda tanto como puede cuando tienes cualquier problema).
La escalera, el ruido de los vecinos.

Para encontrarse a 2min de plaza cataluña por la noche no se escucha casi nada de la calle (camión de basura y algun grupo de guiris que pasan muy de vez en cuando) el problema es entre vecinos, se escucha como caminan, la cama, etc. Entonces depende del vecino que tengas arriba poder dormir o no.
