Vam heredar contracte d'unes amigues. Tot el bloc està molt ben mantingut. No hi ha turistes. El carrer torrent de l'olla és extramadament sorollós (cotxes dia i nit, borratxos per la nit) però només afecta les habitacions que donen al carrer
