El trato es humano y todo el bloque es de alquiler. Las ventanas a la calle están insonorizadas, así como las paredes que no se oye nada. Techos altos 
Algunas cosas un poco viejas. Muchos turistas que bajan de la sagrada familia. Cocina y baño pequeños.
