Menjador molt gran, on entra molta llum. És petit, pero ideal si vius sol o, com a molt, en parella. Barri tranquil i ben connectat. Hi ha xarxa veïnal i cultural.
Té dues habitacions que son àmplies (una mes petita que l'altra, va be com a despatx) el que dificultaria més la convivència amb una altra persona (no parella) és que la cuina i el lavabo son petits.
