Piso muy muy muy ruidoso, se oye todo lo que pasa en los pisos contiguos. 
Piso muy muy muy ruidoso, se oye todo lo que pasa en los pisos contiguos. 
La portera, muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
El ruido, las paredes son de papel y la pareja que tiene terraza debajo está haciendo fiestas, barbacoas y ruido constante.
También la presencia de algunas cucarachas en verano.
