Caro para lo que era.
El piso es bastante independiente, por lo que no tiene ruidos. Dispone de un pequeño patio a la entrada, ideal para tender, y una azotea. El tamaño de las estancias está bien.
El piso tiene muy poca luz y el precio es excesivo para un piso de 1 habitación con cocina-salón. El estado del piso no era el más adecuado.
