Es muy tranquilo y luminoso en una calle muy tranquila de un barrio muy acojedor.
El trato con el dueño: un señor obsesionado con el dinero que pide mucho a los inquilinos y luego no es flexible con el trato hacia ellos.

Que sea un poco más humano y no ponga clausulas tan estrictas en el contrato. Tener que devolver el piso pintado por un profesional no es legal.
