Situació.
Parking a la mateixa finca ( tot i que no arriba l'ascensor).
Veí de sota que fuma tot el dia i no pots obrir finestra del menjador ni de l habitació principal.
Soroll de l"ascensor exagerat ja parlat amb les finques i no solucionat.

Tot molt bé excepte el vei del 3?sota, del 3er 2a, fums pipa des del balcó/terrassa i el fum entra al meu pis cada dia de l'any durant unes 10 hores diàries. He intentat parlar amb ell però res, em diu que està a casa seva i, en resum, que fa el que li dóna la gana.
