Estava gairebé tot renovat, excepte la cuina. Soroll acceptable i bon ambient amb els veïns. Bona relació tant amb la immobiliària com amb la propietat.
Hi havia problemes a la dutxa perquè passava la corrent elèctrica al mànec. Vam avisar diversos cops a la propietat i van venir a mirar-s'ho però no ho van aconseguir arreglar. A part, el pis era car.
